The Riviera Maya is renowned for housing the second largest reef in the world. This means that marine life here is incredibly rich and abundant, with a plethora of colorful fish, rays, turtles, and many more species waiting to be discovered.

The first time I heard about cenotes, I thought they were dark, cavernous places meant for divers (quite scary, haha!). However, once I discovered them for myself, I became fascinated with exploring new ones. Unlike beaches, which can often seem similar, each cenote offers a unique and breathtaking setting—no two are alike!

When I learned that this tour included a lagoon, I was initially indifferent. That changed when I visited Kaan Luum Lagoon. I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. I spent a fabulous time relaxing and taking countless photos for my Instagram. It’s like a miniature version of Bacalar’s famous seven-color lagoon. Google it!
