2. Standard Cancellation Terms

• Full Refund: You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance of the experience’s start time for a full refund.
• Less Than 72 Hours: If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Less Than 24 Hours: Any changes requested less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Local Time Applies: All cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time at the destination.
• Date Changes: Once a date change has been requested for your reservation, no refund will be issued if you subsequently cancel.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time.
• No-shows or late arrivals that cause you to miss the scheduled experience.
• Once a date change has already been requested and processed for the reservation.
