Adrenaline wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was born in Playa del Carmen, when our founder, Raúl Solano, left his job as a newspaper director to try something completely different: working as an adventure guide.

After his very first tour — three travelers from New York who left about $250 in tips — he discovered something bigger than the money: behind every great experience there was a huge, fragmented industry full of local operators with extraordinary tours… and no way to reach the world. No websites, no booking systems, no Google presence. Just brochures and hope.

So it began: a few flyers in Tulum hotels, one tour published online, and a simple question — if this works with one tour, what could happen with all of them? One tour became many. More operators, more activities, more destinations, and eventually more countries.

The name? It comes from one of our first operators, Maya Adrenaline. If Maya Adrenaline could exist, so could Baja Adrenaline, Dubai Adrenaline, Morocco Adrenaline — adventure anywhere in the world. The name was a global ambition from day one.

Today, Adrenaline connects travelers with adventure experiences run by local experts. We discover hidden experiences, turn them into bookable products, and build the bridge that brings local knowledge to the global stage — because the best experiences aren’t always the most visible ones.
