How can I book a tour?
You can book directly on our website, call us, or send us a message through our social networks or WhatsApp. Once you have selected the experience, we will guide you through the payment and confirmation process — your spot is secured the moment you complete your booking.
What is included in the tour package?
The price includes everything necessary to enjoy the experience: transportation (where indicated), equipment, certified guides and meals. Specific details are indicated in the description of each experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a flexible cancellation policy: contact us at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule your experience — no penalties, no questions asked.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Children under 5 years old are free of charge. Children between 5 and 11 years old are entitled to a reduced rate, and from 12 years old the full adult rate applies. Some activities have a minimum age of 5 years — check the description of each experience.
What should I pack for the tour?
We recommend comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, swimwear and towel for water activities, a hat and biodegradable sunscreen. If the activity requires special equipment, we provide it.
